Armory Square Housing - Windsor, VT

​JFPCS provided engineering and design services for this 85,000 SF Multi-Family Housing Renovation.  This housing project was part of a deep retrofit and consolidation of 80 separate units into 52 multi-family apartments with common spaces.  JFPCS designed the mechanical and plumbing systems, and consolidated three boiler rooms into one highly-efficient system, which reduced oil usage from over 60,000 gallons per year to under 20,000 gallons per year.
