Our approach is to provide consulting services by performing a field survey on the building to gather data on the building envelope, mechanical, electrical, ventilation and service hot water systems operation and energy consumption.  This information will be used to report on energy consumption deficiencies, determine the capacity of the central systems, evaluate and determine O&M issues and deficiencies, and recommend energy conservation measures that will improve the building energy performance.  In addition, metering may be recommended on specific systems or equipment in order to monitor energy use closer and we will provide an evaluation on renewable opportunities for each facility.
