Envelope Commissioning ECx

Picture

The objective of Envelope Commissioning (ECx) or Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) is to verify that the building enclosure, materials, and assemblies are installed and perform as intended and specified by the Owners Project Requirements (OPR). Through review of the design documents, site visits, performance testing, site mock-ups and/or laboratory testing, the installations and enclosure are evaluated to be sure the work complies with the construction documents and the OPR.
