​Bement School Dormitory - Deerfield, MA

​JFPCS provided engineering and design services for a 10,000 SF Dormitory and Residential facility for 20 students and four family apartments. The mechanical systems are air source heat pumps which provide heating and cooling to the residences and solar heated domestic hot water. An excellent thermal envelope in combination with a sustainable high efficiency air source heating and cooling system will allow the Bement School to save up to 50% over a standard HVAC system.
