JFPCS provided engineering and design services for the addition and renovation of the 13,000 SF dining hall. The previously unoccupied basement was renovated and expanded to provide students with social space, a school store, locker space, and administrative offices. JFPCS was responsible for the energy efficient design of the building heating and ventilation system, sanitary waste and vent system, domestic water distribution system and mechanical control systems.
